The CiteAb kits database encompasses over 50 different kit types. For this category we focused on a kit type seeing increasing research interest: multiplex immunoassays. We used the following methodology to determine the supplier to watch:

• Calculating the supplier with the largest percentage increase in citations in the previous two consecutive years
• Limiting analysis to multiplex immunoassay products
• Excluding vendors with under 10 citations
