This new award highlights the best image from a 2019 publication - and we’re thrilled to announce that the winners are Miltenyi Biotec and ChromoTek, for an image using their products, published in a paper by Ali Ertürk, Chenchen Pan and colleagues.
This highly attractive image is of a mouse lung, and was taken by Ali Ertürk’s laboratory, with their newly developed DeepMACT clearing protocol technology, the Ultramicroscope Light Sheet Microscope from Miltenyi Biotec/LaVision Biotec, and nanobodies from ChromoTek. The new technology allows the detection of single cancer cells in whole organs.
Dr Andrew Chalmers, founder of CiteAb, said: “This brand new award has been created in celebration of our new published images data, and we’re thrilled to have received some fantastic entries. Huge congratulations to Miltenyi Biotec, ChromoTek, and to all the members of Ali Ertürks laboratory who produced this amazing image and important research.”
