This award was given to the company that judges felt had most impressed its customers, based on nominations made by the researchers who had used the company’s products.

Dr Andrew Chalmers said: “Huge congratulations to Bio-Techne, which received a number of very positive nominations from its customers.

“I want to highlight that this is not just an award win for Bio-Techne, it is also a badge of honour showing that the company is remarkable in its customers eye, as this is in fact the third time in a row that it has won ‘Researchers’ Choice’!

“ACD Bio, a part of Bio-Techne, won this award last year, and Bio-Techne won in 2018 too - so the company is clearly getting things right when it comes to the quality of its products and its customer service!”

This was an extremely competitive category this year, with literally hundreds of nominations for a huge range of suppliers. However, the quality of comments from those that had used Bio-Techne’s products were yet again exceptional and the company’s continued relationship with its customers really impressed our judges.
